Downtown Dova is Rancho Cordova’s once-in-a-generation moment: a bold new downtown where families, neighbors, and visitors from across the region come together. Anchored by a state-of-the-art arena and surrounded by hotels, residences, retail, and vibrant public spaces, Dova is more than a destination. It’s a movement. It’s where our city connects, celebrates, and builds its future.

This is the project that puts Rancho Cordova on the map as the premier entertainment destination in the greater Sacramento-Cordova region. Game nights, concerts, festivals, family friendly entertainment and everyday moments will all happen here, creating energy that lasts long after the final whistle. Led by KozPure Development, Dova is driven by local leaders and partners with national experience and built for the community, by the community. At its heart, Dova is about more than buildings. It’s about celebrating our city’s spirit, connecting our neighborhoods, and creating a source of pride for generations to come.
