A Central Gathering Place for Rancho Cordova
Cordova City Center is Rancho Cordova’s once-in-a-generation project — a vibrant downtown district where families, neighbors, and visitors come together. Anchored by a state-of-the-art arena and surrounded by hotels, residences, retail, and public spaces, CORDOVA is more than a destination. It’s a movement. It’s where our city connects, celebrates, and creates the future. The project will transform Rancho Cordova into the entertainment destination of the greater Sacramento-Cordova region.
Led by KozPure Development and Alpha One Sports & Entertainment Group, a coalition of local business leaders, this project is built for the community, by the community. CORDOVA will be home to a Major Arena Soccer League franchise — bringing professional indoor soccer to Rancho Cordova for the first time. The team will inspire local pride, host family-friendly matches, and introduce a new generation to the sport.
Designed with world-class acoustics and sightlines, the arena will attract concerts from touring artists across all genres. The Halo board and immersive lighting system make every show unforgettable, no matter where you sit.
