Cordova City Center is Rancho Cordova’s once-in-a-generation project — a vibrant downtown district where families, neighbors, and visitors come together. Anchored by a state-of-the-art arena and surrounded by hotels, residences, retail, and public spaces, CORDOVA is more than a destination. It’s a movement. Led by KozPure Development and Alpha One Sports & Entertainment Group, a coalition of local business leaders, this project is built for the community, by the community. Instead, the partnership is entirely performance-based: the developers receive only a modest share of the new taxes generated by the project, while the City secures a windfall of new revenue to fund essential services—along with a vibrant downtown, professional sports teams, and a year-round hub of entertainment that will serve the community for generations.
